What we collect and why

We never see or store your full card details. Paystack handles them.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs: Paystack (payments and payouts), [verification provider] (identity checks), Termii (text messages), Resend (emails), Cloudinary (photo storage), MongoDB Atlas (our database) and OpenStreetMap (map pictures, which your phone loads directly). We share a lister's contact details only with a Premium member who unlocks that listing. We may share information when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Our database and photos are stored on servers in [Frankfurt, Germany], under the safeguards the Act requires for transfers outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. We keep only an artisan's latest location, never their route, and only while they travel to a job: it is deleted when the job starts, is marked done or is cancelled, and sharing stops by itself after 4 hours. Only the customer on that job can see it. A customer's map pin is kept with the job record, and the artisan sees it only once the job is paid. We keep payment records for [6] years as tax law requires, and ID documents for [12 months] after verification ends, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or take a copy with you. Write to [privacy email]; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Emails from FEEX
If you join our waitlist and tick the box, we email you launch news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply with the word unsubscribe.
Security
We encrypt connections, limit staff access by role, and log staff actions on accounts and payments.
Changes
We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
