These terms are an agreement between you and [company name] (RC [number]), [registered address], Nigeria ("FEEX", "we").

  1. Who can use FEEX. You must be 18 or older and give your real name and phone number. One account per person.
  2. What FEEX is. FEEX is a marketplace. Artisans, landlords, agents and hosts are independent. They are not FEEX employees. We check identity and documents, but we do not guarantee anyone's work or property.
  3. Verification. Artisans and listers must pass identity checks, a guarantor check and proof of their trade or property. We may refuse or remove verification at any time.
  4. Hiring and payment.
    1. The customer pays the agreed price through Paystack before the job starts. FEEX holds the payment.
    2. When the job is done, the customer gives the artisan a 4-digit completion code. The artisan enters it and FEEX pays the artisan 90% of the price. FEEX keeps 10% as its fee.
    3. After 3 wrong codes, entry is locked and our support team reviews the job.
    4. If no code is entered within 24 hours of the planned finish, support reviews the job. Payment is never released automatically.
    5. Customers must never give the code before the work is finished.
  5. Live tracking. Once a job is paid, the artisan may share their location while travelling to it, so the customer can follow them on a map. Sharing stops when the job starts, is cancelled, or after 4 hours.
  6. Cancellations and refunds. Before the artisan sets off, a paid job can be cancelled for a full refund. Once the artisan has set off and is sharing their location, cancelling pays them a ₦2,000 call-out fee (never more than the job price, with FEEX's usual 10% fee) and refunds the rest. Disputes are decided by FEEX support from the job record, chat, photos and evidence both sides give. Refunds go back to the original card or account through Paystack.
  7. Rent & Stay. Listing is free. Premium costs ₦2,000 for 30 days, does not renew by itself, and lets you see up to 40 listers' contact details a day. FEEX does not collect rent, deposits or agency fees. Inspect any property and its documents before you pay anyone.
  8. Keep it on FEEX. Do not share phone numbers, links or payment details in chat or listings before a booking. Each attempt is a strike. After 3 strikes we suspend the account.
  9. Not allowed: fake listings or reviews, false documents, harassment, or asking to be paid outside FEEX.
  10. Limits of liability. To the extent the law allows, FEEX is not liable for losses caused by artisans, listers or customers. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid FEEX in the last 3 months.
  11. Suspension and closing accounts. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close your account at any time by asking support. Money owed to you will still be paid.
  12. Changes. We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
  13. Law and disputes. These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go first to FEEX support, then to mediation in Port Harcourt, then to the courts of Rivers State.
